We performed server maintenance and I had to move the license server to another server. How can I keep my licenses valid so that my users can continue to use the software?

For Network installations, please use the Move License function as outlined in the Help. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Install the product on the new server
  2. Browse to your server folder in "Transoft Solutions\License Server" and run "LicenseServerAdminTool.exe".
  3. Confirm Host and Port (default is 27099), then click OK.
  4. Select the license in the selection box, then click Select.
  5. Write down the Installation Code (8 digits number).
  6. On the old server repeat steps 2-4, then click Move License.
  7. Enter the Installation Code obtained in Step 5, then click OK.
  8. Repeat Step 2-4 on the new server.
  9. Click Enter Authorization Key, and then enter the key generated in step 7.

Please note that once the Move License process is complete, your old installation will be deactivated.
