Prerequisites
Java version 17 64-bit must be installed.
To verify your Java version:
- Start a console, terminal or command prompt
- Enter the command:
java -version
The command should return the following information:
The latest version of the JRE (Java Runtime Environment) can be found at: https://adoptium.net/en-GB/temurin/releases/?version=17
Note: Please make sure to explicitly select the 64-bit version (instead of the 32 bits version).
Install the CodeMeter runtime
- If the dongle is connected to a user machine, CodeMeter runtime needs to be installed on the machine. (Downloadable from the website: User Software - Wibu-Systems)

Downloading and installing AirTOP
Download the latest version of AirTOP software via the link provided to you (or) from My Transoft portal ->Download Products.
The file you download should be named AIRXXX.zip or AIRXXX_XX.zip.
Unzip the downloaded zip file where you want the release to be located. The release directory will be created with all the release files.
Update AirTOP License/Dongle
Open the AirTOP.bat file by double-clicking from the release folder. Please follow the instructions in the helpdesk article: How do I update my AirTOP license file? – SUPPORT (transoftsolutions.com)
