When your company is added to the My Transoft Portal, default administrator account(s) will be assigned to the individual(s) listed in our records as primary, maintenance contacts and ship-to contacts.

Download product updates
- Sign in to the my.transoftsolutions.com portal
- Go to Home ->Download Products
- Click the Get Now button next to the update you want to install
- Click the Download button to download the product update
Download library/content updates
- Sign in to the my.transoftsolutions.com portal
- Go to Home ->Download Products
- Click the Download Library Update button next to the update you want to install
- Click the Download button to download the library/content update
