If you currently have a Site License and decide to upgrade to a User Subscription license, a new software license will be issued to you. Once your order is processed, your existing Site License will remain active for 30 days before it is automatically deactivated. If you require additional time for the transition, please contact Transoft Solutions Technical Support.
To switch from a Site License to a Subscription license, you may uninstall the old license and then install the new one. For the new installation, you can either run the Workstation installer on each machine or use the Server installation to generate a deployable MSI package that can be distributed to users through Active Directory.
Alternatively, you may contact our Technical Support team for guidance on other methods to redirect your workstations to the new license.
