There are three User Roles in my.transoftsolutions.com. Note that these roles determine what operations a user can perform within the my.transoftsolutions.com portal. It does not determine what User Subscription Licenses they have been assigned.
Administrators
These are users in your organization who can:
- See a list of available licenses
- See technical support and account manager contacts
- Download product installers
- Manage other user accounts
- Manage Licenses & Settings
- View Invoices
Downloaders
These are users in your organization who can:
- See a list of available licenses
- See technical support and account manager contacts
- Download product installers
Software Users
These are users that can:
- See a list of available licenses
- See technical support and account manager contacts
