When and how often do users have to login to use the software?

When the user first runs a product on a User Subscription License they will be prompted to login using their my.transoftSolutions.com account credentials.

The software will be issued a session that will last for 30 days.

If the user accesses the software at least once every 30 days, they should not have to re-enter credentials. If it has been more than 30 days since they last used the software their session will expire, and they will have to log in again.

If the user forgets their password, there is a link to reset their password in the login screen.  They can also go directly to my.transoftsolutions.com in their browser to reset their password.

If the user has been subscribed to multiple User Subscription licenses (for different Transoft Products) the session will be renewed when they log into any of those products.
