How do I assign users to my license?

When you get a new User Subscription License, you will have to assign your end-users to access the license.  

Assign a user that already is in my.transoftsolutions.com portal

  1. Under Admin -> Licenses select the license.
  2. In the Manage User Registrations panel, under the Assign tab, find the user in the Select a User list.
  3. Click Assign Subscription.

The user will receive an email notifying them that they have been assigned to the license.

The user will have to enter their my.transoftsolutions.com account sign in the first time they run the product to access the license.

Assign a user that is not already in my.transoftsolutions.com portal

  1. Under Admin -> Licenses select the license.
  2. In the Manage User Registrations panel, under the Assign tab, click +Create User
  3. Enter the User’s name and email address.
  4. Click Send Invitation.

The user will receive an email notifying them that they have been assigned to the license. This email will give them instructions on setting up their password for their my.transoftsolutions.com account.

The user will have to enter their my.transoftsolutions.com account sign in the first time they run the product to access the license.

Assign users via a link

For larger organizations, it may be easier to send a bulk email to many users at once, or post a registration link on a company intranet site.

  1. Under Admin -> Licenses select the license.
  2. In the Share Via Link panel, click Generate Link
    NOTE: If you want the registrations to automatically be approved without requiring Administrator intervention, choose Auto-Approve Registrants
  3. Send or post the link in a place where all of your end users can access it.

Upon clicking the link, the user will be presented with a page where they can sign in using their existing my.transoftsolutions.com account or register for a new my.transoftsolutions.com account.

If Auto-Approve is not enabled, the Administrator will receive a notification in my.transoftsolutions.com (and via email) that there is a pending request to access the license.

If Auto-Approve is enabled, the End-user will immediately get assigned access to the license.
