Please login to user portal (my.transoftsolutions.com) with admin account and under Admin -> Settings review settings under Single Sign On (SAML 2.0) section before turning on setting Enable SAML SSO.
If you have tried to turn on that setting and have got an error message, it is possible that problem is caused by the incorrect certificate.
Please double check that you have used the base64 version of the certificate and copy only the characters between the header and footer line (excluding the header and footer lines, i.e. the text between the BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE lines).
