GuideSIGN Feature (Sign Design) - How do I create a custom panel style?

  1. Select Panel Styles from the toolbar
  2. Choose the preset panel style that you want to start from and select New to make a copy.
  3. Enter an new name and hit OK.
  4. Set the appropriate settings in the various tabs. The most common are to set panel color and sizes in the Panel tab, border radius, thickness and inset in the border tab (most of the time fixed values are used for custom content) , top, bottom, left, right margins in the margin tab, and text heights in the text tab. Select OK when done. To edit the panel style again, select Edit from within the Panel Styles menu. Note the hammer symbol in front of custom panel styles that distinguish them preset panels that can’t be edited.
  5. The software will save the custom panel styles into C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Transoft Solutions\GuideSIGN version\Contents User\Design\region\year\Styles. You don’t need to go to this folder unless you need to share these custom panel styles with others. The other folders in this same structure are the places of abode for custom content.
