From Vectorworks 2026 Update 5, third-party plugins are moved to a different location. Here is how to bring back your AutoTURN Online tools in Vectorworks 2026 Update 5 and newer.
- In Vectorworks open Help -> Install Partner Products
- Search for AutoTURN Online and click on it
- Click Install and agree to Restart Vectorworks
- Open Help -> Install Partner Products again, go to Installed tab, find AutoTURN Online and click on Add to Workspace
- Now AutoTURN Online is available under Tools -> Partner products
- If you you still don't have AutoTURN Online under Tools -> Partner products, please contact Vectorworks support.
