Issue
After running the cluster analysis, I click View Reports, the reports viewer begins to open but closes before the reports are available.
Solution
There is an issue with Crystal Reports, third party software used within KeyACCIDENT. This is causing intermittent issues with generating the cluster analysis reports.
If you encounter this, a workaround is to leave either of the weightings boxes unticked at Step 5 in the Cluster Wizard, as below. This should allow the report to be generated.
This is a temporary solution and we have contacted the company producing Crystal Reports for this to be rectified so that we can include this in a future release. Once available, your IT service provider should also be able to update Crystal Reports without needing a new version of KeyACCIDENT.
