Start with Layout ribbon Panel and click on the command Parallel Alignment to create a new alignment that is parallel to the main alignment.
In Draw parallel axis dialog box, define main alignment, parallel alignment name, the distance between the parallel and main alignment, and a parallel alignment side.
Confirm with OK.
