Start with Utility Ribbon Panel.
Click on Change Point Type command and select the points in the drawing.
After pressing Enter, the Point type change dialog box opens.
On the left, there is a list from which you can select a point type into which you want to convert a selected point group. You can assign an appropriate attribute of an existing point for each new point. The existing point attributes can be selected from the pull-down list.
