1. Open Library manager with Library manager icon.

2. To download libraries, click on Libraries Downloading.

3. Select libraries you want to download and click Install.

4. When downloading is finished, click Close.

5. If you open Library manager once again, you can see the list of available libraries.

ROAD MARKINGS 

6. After pressing this button, the Road Markings selection dialog opens.

7. Select an appropriate library that is being used when running the commands “Longitudinal markings” And “Cross markings”.

8. The drop-down menu will display as many options as downloaded libraries you have installed on your computer.

1. Insert traffic signs in the drawing with the icon Traffic Sign.

2. Autosign dialog box with traffic signs appears on the left side.

3. Specify the alignment you want traffic signs to be attached. Autosign supports alignments created by Plateia and AutoCAD Civil3D.

4. Select the category of the sign: New sign in the drawing or existing traffic sign on the road.

5. Post and Fundament: set dimension and shape of the posts and foundations of the traffic signs.

6. At the input of an individual sign determine the stand of the traffic sign, its position, rotation, and size.

1.  Insert a gantry in the drawing with the icon Gantry.

2.  In Gantry parameters dialog box define alignment, name of the gantry, type of a frame, frame parameters, section parameters and foundation parameters.

3.  Guide sign that will be placed on gantry, should be prepared beforehand (as a block inserted in the drawing).

4.  After defining gantry parameters, click OK and define the gantry position in the drawing.

5.  In the next step define the position for the schematic view of the gantry.

6.  To add a guide sign, select any previously prepared graphics you would like to use as a guide sign.

7.  Press Enter to finish the selection and define the guide sign insertion point on the schematic view of the gantry.

8.  Define in which direction the guide sign is facing.

1.  To draw a Line Marking, click on the icon Line Marking.

2.  Select entities for line markings in the drawing and press Enter.

3.  In Longitudinal labels dialog box define Label type, Start and End station, width, length and offset.

4.  You can define Line label and colour of the Line marking.

1.  To draw a Cross Marking, click on the icon Cross Marking.

2.  In Cross labels dialog box define Label type, width, length and offset.

3.  You can define Line label and color of the Cross marking.

4.  After settings all the parameters of the road marking, click on the button OK.

5.  Define the points that bound the road marking. The number and position of the boundary points are always depicted in the images of the dialog (e.g. T1, T2).

1.  To draw a Ghost Island, click on the icon Ghost Island.

2.  Ghost Islands dialog box opens. Define boundary and direction with two points.

3.  Define Hatch parameters: angle, width, spacing, offset.

4.  Filled tip option is available. Also, Ghost Island Label can be defined.

1.  Click on the icon Other Marking.

2.  Symbol Manager dialog box opens. Select an appropriate marking and define an insertion point in the drawing.

1.  Click on the icon Coloring.

2.  Coloring areas dialog box opens.

3. In the case of a Closed polyline, select it in the drawing and if it is not closed, a warning message appears. Confirm with OK. Hatch with an appropriate boundary is drawn.

4. If you have two edges defined in the drawing, specify the first one and the second one.

5. You can also specify four (4) bounding points, which define the hatch boundary.

6.   In the next step specify the color of the hatch.

1.  Click on the icon Report.

2.  Reports dialog box opens. Define Report type and select signalling elements for report:

- all signalling elements

- selected signalling elements

- elements entitled to selected alignment.

3.  Define Table contents and Table style.

4.  Table contents are editable. You can add and delete fields of the report by clicking on the Table content settings button .

5.  Autosign enables you to export the generated reports to other software (e.g. Excel). Define a name, type of file, and location in your computer.

4.  Confirm with OK.

1.  Click on the icon Edit.

2.  Select the entity in the drawing you want to edit.

3.  When editing a traffic sign, the following dialog box opens:

4. Through this dialog, you can modify any parameter from the traffic sign, add some other traffic signs to the existing post, as well as delete signs from the post.

1.  Click on the icon Draw 3D Signs and Markings.

2.  3D view dialog box opens. Select a surface from the drop-down menu.

3.  In the next step define which traffic signs you want to project to the surface. All traffic signs can be draped, or just selected ones.

4.  With Render materials settings you can define render materials for traffic signs.

5.  Repeat the same with road markings. You can select the option to project all road markings in the drawing or just selected ones.

4.  Confirm with OK.

1.  Click on the icon Delete 3D Signs and Markings.

2.  Delete 3D view dialog box opens. Select which traffic signs you want to delete. It is possible to delete all traffic signs in the drawing, traffic signs for selected alignment, or just selected ones.

3.  Repeat the same with road markings. You can select the option to delete all road markings in the drawing, or just selected ones.

4.  Confirm with OK.

1.  Click on the icon Property Manager.

2.  Click on button to create a new property set. In the Create property set dialog box, type the name and select an existing property set as a template for the new one.

3.  Newly created property set appears in the list of existing property sets on the left side in the dialog box.

4. To add a new property to the existing property set, click on button. In the Create property dialog box define a new name, property type, and default value.

1.  Click on the icon IFC Export.

2.  IFC exportDLG dialog box opens. Choose IFC schema, define the location where the file is saved, define project, and building name.

3. With the button   select objects to export.

4. Confirm with Export.

1.  Click on the icon IFC Import.

2.  Select the IFC file from the folder.

3. Confirm with Open.

4. The result is a block reference inserted into a drawing, which can be exploded to the 3D solid model(s).
