Switch to Layout Ribbon Panel.
Click on the Terrain icon.
Define Surface name.
In the drop-down menu Data type select the appropriate data type (points) and with the button add the components in the drawing.
In the bottom part of the dialog box, you can select, whether to draw a triangular irregular network (triangles), boundary, or contours.
Confirm with OK.
