With CGS Labs 2025.0 version (build 800 - 806) on Autodesk (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) 2025 the About/Update window doesn't offer an update option, when one is available. The update button is not active.
So, user is unable to download new version when one is available. This can be fixed:
- Close all CAD windows
- Download the fixed dll file cgsa_maintenance.dll
- Copy the downloaded dll file to C:\Program Files\CGSA\CGSA 2025\COMMON\ACAD 2025 and replace the existing one
- Now the update option is enabled (if a newer version is available, and user is entitled to get it)
