What happens after my 2-step verification is reset?

Once your Site Owner resets 2-step verification (MFA) for your account, you will receive an email prompting you to set up your authentication app again.

To reconfigure MFA and regain secure access to your account:

  1. Go to app.aerocentral.com

  2. Sign in with your username and password

  3. When prompted, set up Multi-Factor Authentication

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your authentication app

  5. Enter the verification code from your app to complete the login
