Standard vehicles:
These vehicles are based on design guidelines arranged in standard vehicle libraries (SVL). These vehicles do not contain any signs next to their name and can be copied and modified to create custom vehicles.
Select the vehicle you want to customize from the Standard Vehicle Library and copy the vehicle.
Once you copy the vehicle, you will be able to give the vehicle a new name and change the dimensions, as illustrated below (the fields are editable)

Overall length and Wheelbase
The locations to insert the values for the length and wheelbase are indicated in the below figure.

The front overhang of the vehicle and the wheelbase
The front overhang of the vehicle is the distance from the center of the front axle group to the outside of the vehicle's front bumper.
For single unit vehicles, the software auto-calculates the rear overhang value (0.00 value in the image) from the entered overall length and front overhang values.

For multi-rear axle vehicles
The wheelbase value is measured from the center of the front axle to the center of the rear axle group.

Height and ground clearance
The ground clearance is measured from the surface of the terrain to the lowest point of the vehicle.

Width and track values
The front and rear track values considered in AutoTURN are the outer distance between the outer left and right wheels.

Note:
- For some of the special transport vehicles, vehicle customization is not allowed to prevent producing unrealistic situations. Alternatively, Project Support Services (PSS) can be used to assist in creating complex custom vehicles for a fee.
