During the GuideSIGN installation I get an error message saying that the product registration has failed. How can I resolve this issue?

Please browse to the License Server folder. If you have selected a default installation path and have:

  • a 32-bit OS, browse to: C:\Program Files\Transoft Solutions\License Server
  • a 64-bit OS, browse to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Transoft Solutions\License Server

 

Right click on License Server folder, select Properties and click on Security tab. Please check if SYSTEM is on the list and that it has Full Control. If SYSTEM is not on the list or does not have Full Control, please add it and change permissions accordingly to allow Full Control for SYSTEM.

After that, reinstall GuideSIGN.
