I am getting an error message when I try to uninstall your product. How do I remove it?

If you have installed ParkCAD using the SetupWorkstationSilent.msi on a workstation and you get the following error message when you try to uninstall it through Control Panel, it is possible that you have encountered a permissions problem:
"There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

Please follow the steps below:

1. Start Command Prompt with Run as Administrator
2. Navigate to the ParkCAD Workstation folder (where the SetupWorkstationSilent.msi installer resides)
3. Type: msiexec /x SetupWorkstationSilent.msi
