To reset AutoTURN Online Integrated settings or log off from your AutoTURN Online Integrated account please launch Revit, click on Licensing and click on Sign Out. If those instructions don't work please follow the below steps:
- Exit Revit
- In File Explorer, go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Autodesk,_Inc. Replace [username] with your windows login user name.
- Delete all folders that begin with DefaultDomain_Path_*.
- Also delete the following file: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\AutoTURN Online\user.bin
