Issue
You have a perpetual licence that is no longer covered by a service level agreement and would like to know how to manage your licence.
Solution
If you have a perpetual licence that is not covered by a service agreement, you can continue to use your licence software on the computer/server where it is currently activated but, from 1st September 2022, you will no longer be able to transfer your licence from one computer/server to another, reinstall the software on the same computer/server, or install on a new computer/ server. To retain this functionality, you will need purchase a new subscription.

Note:
On 1st September 2022, Transoft UK (“Keysoft”) switched from using an external, third-party licence manager provider to the Transoft Licence Manager for managing its product licences. This means we can no longer provide activation codes for older versions using the former licence manager, which are required to transfer a licence from one computer/server to another, reinstall the software on the same computer/ server, or install on a new computer/ server. If you have an active subscription you can freely upgrade to the Transoft Licence Manager that will allow you to continue to benefit from these features.
