Enable the use of older versions of product software.

Are you using previous versions of the software? If so you will need to set the use old versions from this button highlighted for each of the products used:-

1. Start the license admin tool
   
   
2. Select the product:-
   
   
   
   
3. Then from the settings button
   
   
   
   
4. Turn on the button below:-
   Please note this option is only available after the software is activated
