Manually Point to Licence Server

Issue

PC is not automatically recognizing the License Server

Solution

1. Load an internet browser, navigate to http://localhost:1947/

2. Click on “Configuration” (1) then click on “Access to Remote License Managers” (2)

3. Tick “Aggressive Search for Remote Licenses” (1) and enter the IP address and/or Hostname of the SERVER into “Specify Search Parameters” (2)

4. Click Submit (3) to commit the changes

5. Go back to the “Sentinel Keys” table, after a few seconds (sometimes this can take a minute or two) the license(s) should start appearing in the table
