Cloned Licence

Issue

The License software has been moved from one host to another, the license server will not issue licences due to cloning.

Solution

1. On the License Server Run "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Keysoft Solutions\Licensing\KssLm.exe" and go to the "Activate License" tab (or load the "Display Local Licenses" Application)

2. Click on the "Fingerprint" button and generate a C2V file

3. If you do not have the fingerprint button

4. Update your Keysoft Licensing software (serverside)find the files on our support website http://support.keysoftsolutions.com or  KSSEMS 64 bit

5. Once generated, email the fingerprint C2V file to supportuk@transoftsolutions.com

6. A member of the Keysoft support team will pick this up and send instructions on how to continue.
