Client computer displays "Message Protocol Error" after updating software version

If the error shown here is encountered on the client computer after installing an updated version of the Key software.

 Then please update the Network Server licence manager with this link: - Updated Licence Server

You may need to rename the following folder for a successful update.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Transoft Solutions\Licensing

If completed correctly, the front end will have the extra section at the bottom as shown below

Also Note: - the server service may in some circumstances need to be stopped to update with this link.
